Digital products

Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered. If a product is materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days.

Services

Service orders follow the delivery and revision terms stated on the listing. Raise any concern with the seller first through messaging.

Websites

Website transfers should be agreed clearly between buyer and seller. We can help facilitate but are not responsible for third-party transfer processes.

Disputes

If a transaction goes wrong, report it to us. We review disputes and may take action on accounts that violate our terms.
